The SNJ005 is too largefor my wrist. I don't mean that it simply overpowers my wrist because it actuallydoesn't. What I mean is that it literally overshoots my wrist on both the top andthe bottom so there's a noticeable"crease"in the bracelet as the links turn too sharply back around the curve in my wrist.If I had just slightly thicker wrists, the flow of the links would be smoother andthe issue would be completely unnoticeable. The problem is actually not the sizeof the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph Mens 25860ST.OO.1110ST.03 Watches itself, but the fact that the first link attached to each lug is notactually hinged, even though it looks like is, which essentially extends the practicalsize of the case by almost an entire inch. It's a very strange design, but only somethingthat you'd notice if your wrist is as narrow as mine. We have a thing for mechanical alarms, but the problem with them is that they may only be set less than 24 hours in advance. GO has solved this problem with this watch. The Senator Diary has the ability to be set an astounding 31 days in advance. We've never seen anything like it, and we love it. This incredibly complicated Tag Heuer Grand Carrera Calibre 8 RS Grand Date GMT WAV5111.BA0901 Mens Watch (over 600 parts) retails for around $18,000. Pretty tough to beat, we think.The Senator Chronograph XLSo ***, so perfect. In our opinion, the new Senator Chronograph XL is one of the best looking watches to come out of Basel. In-house chronograph movement, better looking than the Rolex Daytona, IWC Portuguese, or Hublot Big Bang, and for $7500 retail.

They also are a true manufacture brand, producing all of their movements in-house in, where else but, Glashütte, Germany. This is a pre-A series model made for the American market. How it is known to be an American version, we do not know. The pre-sale estimate for this Tag Heuer Carrera CV2010.BA0786 Mens Watch is a seemingly very reasonable 8000-12000 CHF. This watch comes with no boxes or ***s, but it's about as early of a Royal Oak as you're going to find, and for about the same price as a decent vintage Submariner. Sure, it's a little bit newer than the AP but still a very early production Jumbo. Again, this Tag Heuer Carrera CV2010.BA0786 Mens Watch features the very same JLC920 ultra thin movement as the AP, and a case designed by the same man, but it's a Patek Philippe. This example also happens to come with an extract from the PP archives indicating when it was purchased, as well as a presentation case.
